Mr. Sean however used the mediation to appeal to distributors and customers to properly utilize 3s strategies which are sponsor, sales and service in network business effectively in year 2013.
This according to him would help to create or increase mutual relationship between distributors and their downlines. “I implore you to put more interest in rendering services to your downlines and clients this year. This would help to improve sales and would enable you to be sponsor to families and individual’s because services are 100% in networking,” Sean stressed.
At the leadership training, earlier speaking while welcoming distributors at the training centre into the new year, one of Kedi Ikeja staff administrator Ms. Josephine Offor thanked distributors for their steadfastness in Kedi business and urged them to learn more on how to interpret or analyze print-out this year, this in the view of Ms. Offor would help distributors to avoid progressing in errors in Kedi business – health and wealth creation.
In a related development at the leadership training, Pastor Oladele Micheal one of the lecturers at the training centre whose lecture dwelled on the eight steps to success told the participants at the lecture that his motivation to rejoin Kedi after he has abandoned his registration for two years was because of the management’s superlative compensation plan and the ability of the company to always meet and fulfill promises made to their distributors which according to him is uncommon in networking business in Nigeria.

The highlight of the leadership training was a motivational talk from Kedi number one distributor Mr. Emmanuel Ekpo welcoming all old and new members into another year and charged them to imbibe culture of honesty in their dealing with downlines in the New Year.
He equally advised his colleagues to avoid laziness and borrow or seek advice from those who walked ahead of them when necessary and affirmed not to compromise in his style of leadership.
Speaking to Kedinews immediately after the leadership training Mr. Christopher Ikpeme, a participant at the lecture who is also a star five distributor expressed his excitement over the quality of resource persons that Kedi normally brings to the centre to lecture distributors.
This he said has helped in the easy conviction of prospects and new members. Mr. Ikpeme was however not alone in his opinion as his view was corroborated by Mrs. Funmi Esan who got registered at the same centre in December 2012.
