(B) It is a condition of sale that the Subscriber covenants to perform and observe the covenants, terms and conditions in the Estate Management Agreement and Certificate of Occupancy from which the title is derived and to pay all government levies, service charge and any other charges as shall be contained in the Deed of Assignment and any increment on the said charges as well as to pay for electricity consumed on the property.

(C) The Subscriber shall pay and discharge its share of all future levies and other taxes, duties, assessments impositions and other out–goings of an annual and recurrent nature, which are now or may at any time hereinafter during the term hereby created to be charged, levied, assessed or imposed upon the Property by Federal, State or Local Government.

(D) The Subscriber shall be levied a Surcharge of 30% on pro-rata basis after three (3)

Months successive defaults incase of installment payment, without recourse to

Subscriber, if still interested in the plot or suffers revocation.
