Kedi Health Care network marketing company makes the training and development of its distributors a priority. Therefore, they invest time and resources to boost their lecturers' knowledge base to improve the quality of lectures they deliver. One such training leaders program to achieve those mentioned earlier was held on the 16th of April 2014 with 18 lecturers present.

The lecturers that attended the leadership skills program are Dr. Dele Adewoyin, Isiramen Patricia, Kenny Kedi, Rev. C. Adeyemo, Samuel Anukwui, Pst. Ajibodum Timothy, Pst. Oladele Michael Alaba, Mr. Anighino M. Ovwigho, Mr. Adeniran M . Sunday, OnyekennaIfeanyi, Edwin Nwakaihe, Dr. Joshua Onodugo, Rev. Dr. G. D. Akimremi, Nsirimobi Franklin, OdusoteToyin, Mba Emmanuel, Agomoh V. Ezihe, Akinsanya Samuel, and the consultants Muhammed Abdulganiyu and Muhammed Oluwatoyin.
Also present at the training were four management staff in Mr. Gift Ukoba, Miss Josephine Offor, Mr. Peter Okoduwa, and Miss Vivian Onwuzulike.

The lectures begin with Dr. Dele, who lectured on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the appropriate time to massage in connection with blood circulation through the yin and yang principle. He explained the effectiveness of specific times with blood circulation in some body organs.
He stressed using a circulatory blood machine during those hours to achieve accurate results. He also talked about the emotions associated with those body organs and their relationship.
At the end of the lecture, the lecturers were amazed at the level of research and knowledge received.
Dr. Joshua, who lectured on Consultation Guidelines and Ethics, explained that products have similar effects when contents are applied more than once on a particular test result. He also said that the Kedi herbal medicines could be used with doctors prescribed drugs if the client has been diagnosed.
In continuation of the training on leadership, Mr. Frank Nsirimobi, a lecturer on business development, pointed out an integral part of the Kedi Compensation Plan. It led to an interactive session on clarification, improvement, and suggestions by the lecturers present.
One of the management staff, Mr. Peter Okoduwa, discussed Lecturing Conducts in his 7 point Code of Conduct. He elaborates on dress code, lecture improvement, interruption during an interactive session. And jest of questions from the audience, punctuality, timing for lecture, lecturers seat and living exemplarily, especially during classes.
He stressed the need to portray the image of Kedi as a responsible, diligent, considerate and best networking marketing company in the MLM industry.
Miss Josephine Offor contributed to the aspect of leadership skills as it relates to the Dos and Don'ts of service centre owners. She stressed building a good relationship among the sponsor, direct downline, and indirect downline.
Finally, to close the program, Mr. Gift Ukoba, a management staff gave a closing remark.
The event's highlight was the taking of group photographs, and the lecturers were refreshed as well. The lecturers were impressed that the training and development program's standard was well packaged. It was a success for Kedi Healthcare.
