The network marketing training, which was of high quality, was handled by experienced KEDI senior lecturers.
The products application was delivered by Dr. Joshua Onodugo, KEDI senior lecturer from the Republic of Benin. In contrast, Pastor Oladele Michael, KEDI senior lecturer from Lagos State, took the participants on presentation skills and how to answer questions after the presentation effectively.
While commending KEDI to organize the network marketing training program, Mrs. Grace Francis, SC269 manager, said that skill and intellectual development are essential in various situations. Such as effective products application, creative thinking, and managing people.
With those mentioned above, the importance of this MLM leadership training cannot be overemphasized because well-trained lecturers will help by increasing the development of future lecturers. The training will enable them to be academically sound, financially literate, and committed to service. And be role models with enterprising spirits needed for KEDI business and a competitive national economy.
Meanwhile, Ms. Adekemi Grace, the management staff at the Benin City branch, urged the lecturers to reciprocate the resources invested in human capital development by positively impacting the distributors in their care. The impact will enable them to compete favorably with other competitors within Africa.
In concluding the MLM leadership training, Mr. Gift Ukoba, a management staff emphasized lecturers’ code of conduct and ethics. In his presentation, he advised the lecturers to stick to the company’s code of conduct to create a friendly and enabling business environment for new and old distributors.
