6. To ensure sound sleep, the bedroom should be well-ventilated to allow fresh air.
7. You should eat a light meal in the evening, containing more fruits and vegetables such as salad, and avoid late dinners. Then our stomach can rest at night with other body parts, and we can sleep soundly.
8. Manage Stress: Stress can have a detrimental impact on your overall health. Finding effective ways to manage stress to maintain good physical and mental well-being is vital. Activities such as meditation, yoga, or hobbies that you enjoy can help reduce stress levels.
